free advertisingSo the time has come to award our free advertising banner spot that appears on our individual events pages and also our individual blog posts. The first free sport went to our 100th event listed on our website which was listed by Correana White which was included on the rotation for July. Each month we will randomly select a company, organisation or community group that either list events on our website or help spread the word of the events listed or EventsnWales itself. This can be through social media, a poster or image on a noticeboard or in a shop window any way that helps. If you are happy to do this please contact us for a digital image and send a picture when it has been put up and we will include you on the list for the chance to win a free advertising spot.

August’s Free Advertising spot

So back to this month’s free advertising spot, As stated above we had a list of over 80 different companies, organisations or groups that were included on the list and we randomly selected the winner. Every winner will then be excluded from future selection so that everyone gets a fair chance at being selected. So the Draw took place on the 29th July and those may have already seen on twitter that the selection for August is Ty Hafan.

Ty Hafan were included in the list having listed a number of events on the website and we are happy to have a banner advertising one of Ty Hafan’s upcoming events the Taff Trail Cycle Challenge on our rotational advertising banners. The banner will be shown throughout August.
