North Wales Business Academy’s Flagship Module Strategic, Business Analysis #SBA is a 2 Day Event.
This SBA module gives YOU the business leader, the opportunity to step back and review all aspects of your business, strategically. This is done alongside a business mentor, tutors and a peer network of other business owners with an emphasis on long-term growth and sustainability. On completion of this SBA, the business gains access to Phase 2.
Here a business can pick specialist modules from any of the four partner institutions. The specialist modules are within the key 7 themes:
- Financial Management
- Developing People
- Governance and Ethics
- Sales and Marketing
- Business Strategy
- Managing Operations
- Business Communications
The Strategic Business Analysis Module is the first phase of the North Wales Business Academy aimed at business owners, leaders and department heads. The principle aim of the module is to facilitate an opportunity for the business owner, leader or department head to review all aspects of their own organisation in a strategic manner. This is done alongside a business mentor, tutors and a peer network of other business owners with an emphasis on long term growth and sustainability.
It is widely acknowledged that the day-to-day running of a business takes precedence, so developing, let alone implementing a strategy can be difficult, if not impossible. The SBA provides two days away from the office to fully focus and develop this important area of your business. As a business owner you will add to your existing knowledge and understanding to enable you to develop a competitive and sustainable business strategy, and a successful organisation development plan to achieve it.
The business will also be allocated an NWBA Business Mentor who will assist with the completion of an initial business diagnostic and skills plan. The Mentor will also support the business to effectively implement the follow up training and evaluate the long-term business benefits of the programme.
