North Wales Business Academy’s Flagship Module Strategic, Business Analysis #SBA is a 2 Day Event.
It is widely acknowledged that the day-to-day running of a business takes precedence. So developing, let alone implementing a strategy can be difficult, if not impossible. The SBA provides you with two days out to fully focus and develop this important area of your business. As a business owner, you will add to your existing knowledge and understanding, develop a competitive and sustainable business strategy, and a successful organisation development plan to achieve it.
The Strategic Business Analysis Module is the first phase of the North Wales Business Academy aimed at you, the business owners, leaders and department heads. The principle aim of this module is to facilitate an opportunity for you to review all aspects of your organisation in a strategic manner. This is done alongside a business mentor, tutors and a peer network of other business owners with an emphasis on long term growth and sustainability.
Your business will also be allocated an NWBA Business Mentor, who will firstly assist you with the completion of an initial business diagnostic and skills plan. The Mentor will also support your business to effectively implement the follow up training and evaluate the long-term business benefits of the programme. This SBA module gives YOU the business leader, the opportunity to step back and review all aspects of your business, strategically. This is done alongside a business mentor, tutors and a peer network of other business owners with an emphasis on your long-term growth and sustainability.
The business then gains access to Phase 2 on completion of the SBA. Here you can pick further specialist modules from any of the four partner institutions. The specialist modules sit within the key 7 themes:
- Financial Management
- Developing People
- Governance and Ethics
- Sales and Marketing
- Business Strategy
- Managing Operations
- Business Communications
