New Ticketing Platform from EventsnWales

New Ticketing Platform from EventsnWales

ticketing platformWe are happy to announce that we have teamed up with Fatsoma to be able to help our existing members and future members be able to promote events, sell tickets and reach more people through our new ticketing platform.

By partnering with Fatsoma we are now able to promote events that are listed on our website, Co promote events and also enable members that need or would benefit from the ability to sell tickets direct through our new ticketing platform powered by Fatsoma (Flat rate 10% fee charged per ticket sale). We have already got the New EventsnWales Event & Ticketing platform set up and can be used straight away. So if you would like the ability to sell tickets even if they are Free (no fee charged either) then you can and all under the EventsnWales brand. Any events that are set up through the platform we will add to the events listed so they will still have a page listed on the main website as well as being able to be searched through the fatsoma website and app. All tickets sold through our platform will help to keep our website sustainable with EventsnWales receiving a % of the fee for all those that sign up with us.

That’s not all, for those events that are happy for us to Co-Promote your event then an amount of commission can be agreed for us to help promote your event further. With designated shout outs and marketing campaigns to help. We will always send a Co Promotion request to events listed but it is entirely up to the individual event/organisation if they would like to take this up. The event will still be listed on the main website even if we are not Co-Promoting it. Any events that are listed through the new platform that we are co promoting you will be able to locate under a new menu section Co Promoted Events.

ticketing platform

Its an exciting time for EventsnWales as we are looking to the long term for the brand and to enable us to continue to help promote all events that are listed on both platforms and this will hopefully generate the income to enable us to keep the general membership free and also provide you will a larger spread of people visiting your own event listings. Please make sure that you sign up to receive updates of our newsletters and events to keep up to date with the latest in Wales. Make sure you pop over to the new platform and follow us so you get the regular updates and others to do so too.

We look forwarded to both existing and new members and organisations being able to use the ticketing platform and have a way of selling and monitoring ticket sales without the hassle of taking payments themselves and issuing tickets or email confirmations this is hopefully your all in one solution.

300 Events in Wales

300 Events in Wales

A Small Milestone300 events in wales

It is a great feeling when you hit even a small milestone and realise that something you set out to achieve is actually happening. Before EventsnWales.com was set up and the idea of helping both large and small organisations get events to reach and be seen by a wider audience, little did we expect for the website to have had 300 Events in Wales listed within 12 Months. With around 10 days to go we have hit that milestone, we are so proud that with the support of our sponsors Harris Associates (South West) Ltd and various other organisations along the way we have been able to connect with such a wide variety of businesses, organisations, charities, groups and individuals. With the help and power of Social media we have been able to help promote all events that have been listed on the website through a number of social media streams including but not limited too Twitter, Facebook, Google+ & Pinterest as well as seeing individual events being promoted by our followers and other organisations and individuals.

What 300 Events in Wales have been listed?

We have had a Wide range of events listed on the website over the past 12 months and from the last month that looks like it will be growing all the time. We have had events in all categories and regions of Wales which is amazing and just shows that the website and social media profiles are working and being seen. We are not going to go into stats or figures those that want to find out can. We just want to continue to grow the website, Social media accounts so that your events get seen by more people both locally and further afield. That is what EventsnWales is about. It is all about promoting Events in Wales and around the country. Events can be listed as long as they take place in Wales, which means if they pass through Wales, start or finish in Wales they all count.

We are looking to push further in the next 12 months with more regular Newsletters, Blog posts from ourselves about events and also from the organisers as well either prior to an event or even after it has taken place. If you would be interested in guest bloging on the website and have an event you would love to write about please get in touch.

Once again Thank you for all the support and listing events, Without them the website and social media accounts would not have anything to promote.
