Snowdonia Walking Festival is returning for 2018.
A weekend of walks suitable for everyone in the unique and magical surroundings of Snowdonia National Park.
Based in Betws-y-Coed these professionally guided walks will take you to mountains and forests to enjoy some of the best Snowdonia has to offer.
This year walks will take place Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th November.

Entertainers & Welsh Greats Included in Merthyr’s Petwise Masters Line-Up
Some of the most entertaining Darts players on the planet and some well-known names from Wales will be on show at Merthyr Tydfil’s showpiece annual arrows event.
The 2018 Petwise Masters will be held on Thursday 8 November at Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Centre and will feature world number two Peter Wright and fellow showman Wayne Mardle.
The home nation contingent includes last year’s Players Championship finalist and PDC title winner Jonny Clayton, former World Cup finalist Barrie Bates and Welsh darting legend Peter Locke.
Completing the line-up for the popular event are top professionals John Henderson, Darryl Fitton and Tony O’Shea – three men who can compete with Wright and Mardle in the battle for best entrance as well as on the oche!
Local players are being given the chance to play in the tournament via qualifying events in association with Worthington’s.
Welsh ace Clayton is encouraging fans who have never attended before to book tickets.
He said: “This is always a fantastic night and we get some cracking players qualifying via the Worthington’s competitions.
“It will be a top quality night of brilliant darts and the atmosphere will be superb. If you’ve not been before now you don’t know what you’re missing.”

Join the Fron Male Voice Choir for an evening of amazing live music.
They are joined this year by the sensational classical trio, Athena, comprising sopranos Gwawr Edwards and Ellen Williams, and mezzo-soprano Sioned Terry, who come together in harmonious union. The trio have had a busy year creating new arrangements, appearing on television and radio, and laying down tracks in the recording studio.
In 2018 this in demand choir are entertaining audiences across the UK and Europe with a full diary of concerts and an Austrian tour in June 2018. The Fron’s November concert at the William Aston Hall, Wrexham was a sellout last year, and with Athena as guests, demand is expected to be high. Buy your tickets early to avoid disappointment.
