Social media, social networks and online communities, have created an environment where companies are now in a constant dialogue with their customers.

Knowing all this, do you have Social Media Marketing questions for your business? Maybe you are wondering:

    • How to maximise your impact & be visible in the crowded online space?

  • What to Post?
  • Where do your customers hang out online?
This course will firstly provide you with an introduction and broad overview of: social media and social marketing and how marketing has evolved. Secondly, we will support you to understand the challenges in the implementation and operation of social media marketing.
