If you love adrenaline then you’ll love this amazing adventure for the Hospice!
We’re calling all adrenaline junkies to take to the wire on the world’s fastest seated zip line – Fundraising doesn’t come much faster than this!
Test your limits? Do something you’ve always wanted to do? or just have a great day out with family and friends?
Phoenix is located in Zip World Tower at the former Tower Colliery site in Aberdare, South Wales, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons. Containing two incredible zip lines, Phoenix is a record-breaker, being the fastest seated zip line in the world, and Zip World’s steepest. You’ll travel at speeds up to 70 mph and with four lines situated side by side, can race friends and family to be the fastest.
Price includes equipment, safety briefing and 1 go on both zip lines. You will also bag yourself a FREE Hospice T shirt.
If you choose to embark on this thrill-seeking adventure with us, we ask that you fundraise a minimum sponsorship of £75.00. This will typically pay for 4 complementary therapy treatments for a patient living with a life-limiting illness, helping them to manage their pain and relieve symptoms.
*80% of sponsorship to be received 2 weeks prior to the adventure date.

Bingo That’s Bonkers!
We’re taking bingo out of the hall, adding comedy, music and even bigger balls!
Smashing atmosphere, crazy games and not to mention great prizes!?!?

Your Hosts and DJ’s for the evening will be Perry Marco and Owen Lewis and they will be playing smash hit from the 80’s & 90’s and today!. Expect everything from Abba to Spice Girls to Beyoncé to sing and dance to, OH and we nearly forgot, we will also be playing BINGO with great prizes!!

Llandeilo Antiques and Vintage Fair
Llandeilo Antiques and Vintage Fair is held in the Civic Hall Llandeilo right in the heart of this busy town. This will be the first fair of the season at Llandeilo and promises to be as popular as last year. Last year saw record visitor numbers ,with Bargain Hunt choosing to visit the fair to film their programme. They have chosen to return in August.
The Llandeilo Antiques and Vintage Fair will take place on the first Saturday of every month (excluding May due to the Coronation Day) from 10am – 4pm at the Llandeilo Civic Hall.
Admission is just £1 and there is homemade refreshments

Deganwy Prom Day 2023
Deganwy Prom Day 2023 is a community fun day for all the family hosted on the splendid Deganwy Promenade and green. There will be stalls, refreshments, games and lots of entertainment, including a Fun Dog Show, dancing displays, the Sea cadets, music and a fun sports day. Free admission – starts at 11am until 4pm. The second instalment of the Grand Slam Heroes series comes to Carmarthen.
Come and join Rugby Legends James Hook, Martyn Williams, Tom Shanklin & Lee Byrne for an evening of all things Welsh rugby to get you warmed up for the Rugby World Cup in France. With Special Guest compere Sean Holley.
