HR Breakfast Seminar – Employer Brand Marketing & PR to Transform Your Talent Attraction Strategy

When it comes to attracting talent, do you often feel like you’re searching for a needle in a haystack?

The skills shortage is listed as a top concern for many organisations, with business success and growth negatively impacted by not having the right team in place.

Candidates are the ones in the driving seat. They can often pick and choose where they wish to work – and their decision making goes far beyond salaries.

Do you want your company to be viewed as the place to work? As the best employer in the region?

Stats show that a strong employer brand attracts better applicants, decreases the time to hire, and reduces the cost per hire. And the long-term impact of employing the sought-after talent is exceeding your business objectives.

In addition, the work you do around your brand can significantly improve your staff retention.

Join us as we delve into the world of recruitment marketing and public relations, discussing and sharing ideas on how you can transform your talent attraction strategy through effective promotion of your employer brand.

This engaging event is being hosted exclusively for HR professionals and business owners, with speakers to include:

  • Anthony Bullick – Owner and MD of multi award-winning PR and communications agency Outwrite PR.
  • Cath Harrison – Talent attraction guru and MD of multi award-winning recruitment marketing company JVP Group.

The event will include time to network with fellow HR professionals and business owners, and a panel Q&A session where you can ask any questions you may have relating to recruitment and PR.
